Shipping & Returns Policy

 

SHIPPING

We offer $10 flat-rate shipping on all U.S. domestic orders.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after you get your confirmation email. As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number to keep tabs on it. Please give it 48hours for the tracking info to update.

Heads up: If your order is returned to us due to a wrong address, we'll charge a $10 re-shipping fee.

For international orders, keep in mind that we're not responsible for any duties, taxes, or tariffs that come up during delivery. If your package is returned or declined, we'll hook you up with store credit for the order value minus the international shipping cost.

 

RETURN POLICY

We're all about making returns easy! That's why we offer FREE RETURNS on all U.S. orders. We're pretty sure you'll love what you ordered, but we get it-sometimes it just doesn't work out.

  • You've got 15 days to send it back after delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, and in resellable condition. We also ask that they're fragrance-free, with no marks (be mindful of makeup and deodorant) or pet hair.
  • Returns are store credit only. Final Sale Alert: Anything from jewelry, hats, accessories, gift cards, and sale items, cannot be returned. If your return doesn't meet our criteria, we'll send it back to you with your next order or charge a $10 fee for return shipping. Click here to return your items.

 

DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS

Once your package is shipped, it's in your hands. If something happens to your order in transit, or it's missing, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly.

But if you get a damaged or faulty item, email us at neutralsneons@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Just send a photo of the defect with your order number. We'll get things sorted with store credit, a replacement, or a refund to your original payment method-whatever works best for you.

 

LOST PACKAGES

Lost packages? We can't be held responsible for those. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if that happens.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES

Changed your mind? We've got you covered! Just let us know within 30 mins of purchase, and we'll cancel or adjust your order. After that, we can't make any changes.

For our international customers, please note we're not responsible for any duties, taxes, or tariffs charged upon delivery. If your international package is returned or declined, we'll issue store credit for your order value, minus the shipping cost.
